1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeenPhone application, website, and services. By creating an account or using the platform in any manner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2 Platform Overview

SeenPhone is a multi-role marketplace operating in the GCC region that offers:

• Product Sales: Purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and related products from verified shops.
• Repair Services: Booking appointments with certified repair technicians for device diagnostics, quotation, and repair.
• Merchant Tools: Shop and repair store owners can list services, manage inventory, and interact with customers.

3 User Accounts & Roles

Users must register to access core features. The platform supports four roles:

• Customer (USER): Browse, purchase, and book repair services.
• Product Shop Owner (SHOP): List and sell mobile products and accessories.
• Repair Shop Owner (REPAIR): Manage repair bookings, diagnostics, and repair progress.
• Administrator (ADMIN): Platform management through the web dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Orders and Repair Bookings

By placing an order or booking a repair, you agree to provide accurate information, pay the displayed price, and cooperate during the inspection stages.

Repair orders progress through defined stages: Booking Confirmed → Device Received → Under Diagnosis → Quote Sent → Quote Accepted → Repair In Progress → Ready for Pickup → Completed.

5 Payments

All payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah, a licensed payment gateway in the GCC. By making a payment, you agree to MyFatoorah's payment terms. SeenPhone does not store full card details on its servers. Merchant subscription plans may be subject to in-app purchases (Apple/Google).

6 Cancellations and Refunds

• Product Orders: Cancellation is permitted before the order is dispatched. Refund timelines depend on the payment method.
• Repair Bookings: Cancellation is permitted before the device is received by the technician. Diagnosis fees may be non-refundable once inspection commences.
• Subscriptions: Merchant subscription plans are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

7 Merchant Obligations

Shop and repair store owners agree to:

• Provide accurate product listings, pricing, and service descriptions.
• Maintain sufficient stock and service capacity for accepted orders.
• Fulfil orders and repair bookings promptly and professionally.
• Not engage in misleading advertising or fraudulent activity.
• Comply with all applicable GCC consumer protection and commercial regulations.

8 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content, reviews, or listings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems.
• Resell or misuse other users' personal information.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the SeenPhone platform — including the app design, logos, text, and software — is the exclusive property of SeenPhone or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10 Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or comments, you grant SeenPhone a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeenPhone shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• The quality, safety, or legality of products and services offered by third-party merchants.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or technical failures.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait (or the applicable GCC jurisdiction where you reside). Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
